Paslanmaz ısıya dayanıklı çelikler karbon, silisyum ve alüminyumdan oluşan yüksek alaşım içeriğine sahiptir. Bu çelikler yaklaşık 600 ila 1100 C° uygulama aralığı için geliştirilmiştir. Burada odak noktası kireçlenme direncidir.
